Checks and notifications

Checks and email notifications

Schedule domain checks and send registration or expiry alerts to email destinations.

Create a notification channel

  1. Open Notification Channels from the app navigation.
  2. Select Add Channel.
  3. Give the channel a name and add one or more email destinations.
  4. Use ACCOUNT to send to the account email, or enter explicit email addresses.
  5. Keep the channel active and choose a cooldown in seconds to limit repeat notifications.
  6. Save the channel.

Select a channel row to edit it. Use the delete button to remove a channel; confirm before deleting because checks can no longer use it.

Set up a domain check

  1. Open Domains, select the domain, and expand Checks.
  2. Select Add check.
  3. Select registration checks, price checks, or both. Set the check interval to at least 60 seconds.
  4. Turn on registration alerts to be notified when registration status changes, and/or expiry alerts to send notifications around the domain's expiration date.
  5. For expiry alerts, add day offsets such as -30, -7, or 0.
  6. Select one or more notification channels and create the check.

You can edit a check or delete it from the same domain detail view. A configured check does not guarantee that a registry or registrar will return data on every run.

Teams and invitations

The team selector in the app header switches the data context. Use Teams to create a team or manage a team you belong to. Owners can invite members and assign a member role; invitees must accept the invitation to join.

Check the selected team before adding domains, registrar prices, channels, or integrations so that records are created in the intended team.
