Add and manage domains
Add a domain
- Open Domains and select Add Domain.
- Enter the full domain name, such as
example.com. The app checks the name and attempts a WHOIS/RDAP lookup. - Review any details the lookup returns. It may suggest a registrar, annual price, registration status, or dates; lookup results are not guaranteed, so correct them if needed.
- Complete the remaining fields, including registrar, price per year and currency, registration and expiry dates, renewal status, and whether you own the domain.
- Select Add Domain to save the record. Enable Add another? to keep the form open for another domain.

Screenshots use local sample data.
An unavailable lookup does not prevent you from adding a valid domain; fill in the details manually. A domain name cannot be changed after creation.
Review or change a domain
Select a row in the Domains table to open its details. The detail view shows the registrar, annual price, key dates, registration status, WHOIS update time, and any configured checks.
Select Edit to change the record's registrar, price, dates, status, auto-renew setting, or ownership. The domain name is read-only; to track a different name, create a separate domain record.

Select Refresh WHOIS to request an updated lookup. The app can refresh selected domains from the table as well. WHOIS information depends on the registry and may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
Search, filter, and bulk actions
- Search the table by domain name.
- Filter to all, expiring, or expired domains.
- Switch the displayed price between the domain's currency and the EUR base currency.
- Select rows to refresh WHOIS data or delete multiple records.
Deletion is permanent. Confirm the selected domains before continuing.
Configure scheduled checks
Open a domain and find Checks in its detail view. Choose Add check to select registration and/or price checks, set an interval (at least one minute), and optionally configure registration or expiry alerts. Expiry schedules use day offsets from the expiry date; for example, -30 and -7 represent 30 and 7 days before expiry.
To deliver alerts, first add an email destination in Notification Channels, then select that channel in the check. You can later edit or remove checks from the domain detail view.
